Unlike tequila, mezcal can be made from over 30 types of agave, allowing for a variety of flavor profiles. Espadin is our most popular varietal, but we are constantly working with our mezcaleros in Oaxaca to produce creative blends for our partners.

Our mezcaleros follow a 200-year-old process, which means we harvest agave by hand, roast piña in the earth, and distill in copper vessels. We are proud to be 100% organic while staying true to the Oaxacan tradition.
